The Big Orange Pumpkin Farm

Autumn has officially begun. While it may still feel like summer in North Texas, September 21st marks the first day of fall. Pumpkin spice drinks and treats have been released, and it is time to celebrate the new season. Soon (fingers crossed!) the temperature will drop, and it will feel a bit more appropriate to ring in this time of year. Until then, the fall festivities have already begun. Preston Trails Farm have opened up their Big Orange Pumpkin Farm. The farm includes a pumpkin patch along with plenty of other fun activities. The location includes a petting farm, which does not call itself a petting zoo since it focuses on farm animals. There are also hayrides and a hay maze. The admission includes a pie pumpkin to take home with you. On the weekends, the admission will also include a ride on the farm train, a hot dog, feed for the petting farm, the roping pen, and the hay maze. The Big Orange Pumpkin Farm is fun for the whole family, and it is great fun for accommodating large groups like parties, field trips, or family reunions.
